Just wanted you to know that I have thought about you and your family often since you shared a bit about this with me. I am the praying kind and do send good wishes Westward. Hope that you are coping--the children do help. It's like they keep your eyes focused on the future, even when you can't see that far.

Praying for your dad. What a cute photo. They really dressed boys like litle princes back then, didn't they?

Hey Brooklynmama, This was a very sweet and touching tribute. He truly is a fighter and I for one am unbelievably awed by his strength through all of this. I can only hope I have the fight in me should I ever have to go through something like this. Your Bro.

The photo is amazing, as is Dad's strength. He and Peggy are, as Dad himself likes to say, troupers, and we can't wait for them to get home. This entry brought tears to my eyes. We're all behind you Dad, xo, j

Well, depending on where he is, I'm either sitting next to the building or can almost see it from my window. I'll be thinking of him. I'm, unfortunately, more familiar than most with cancer treatment in Seattle. There are great options here.

My Mom (also a fighter) was diagnosed Sept '03 with NHL, and currently is in remission. I'm also not the praying type --but wanted to wish all the best. Thinking of your Dad. Thinking of your family.

We've been dealing with non-Hodgkins with my FIL for a couple of years now too. You and your family are in my thoughts.
